A powerful threshold is approaching

There are just two weeks, half a moon cycle, between the Annular Solar Eclipse in Libra and the partial Lunar eclipse in Taurus. Eclipse portals tend to be a time of great change. They can come with a lot of ‘reckoning’ energy. An unavoidable mirror of self is presented and asks us what we are willing to leave behind in order to move towards the next evolution of our journey. If we are willing to go with it and not resist the tides of change, it can be a deeply powerful turning point. And that is just it. A turning point. A moving of the compass from one direction to the other. Perhaps a different perspective. It doesn’t mean you need to panic and do everything right away - although depending on your charting, that may be the impulse. It is simply an opportunity to rechart the course. To know, when the time is right, which direction you will take.

So as we move into this time of hibernation and spiral down into the great earth mother for rest and replenishment. Do you have a sense of clarity? Even just an sense of a beginning as to how you can dream the next seeds into being for the beautiful legacy of a life that you are co-creating?

In her waxing phase the moon is rising. This is the time for setting intentions and sowing seeds. A time to initiate (not complete), to seed what you are calling into being. Think about the seeds you are keeping safe and warm this winter, ready for the time for them to be planted.

I would be tempted to leave your altar until Samhain but perhaps enrich with some mycellial folk - the mushrooms are here showing us what richness can arise from the darkness
