The Moon Muse
The Moon is waxing in her first quarter phase in the sign of Virgo just over half way to becoming full, as the Sun is in the sign of Gemini.
Gemini dances with curiosity and plays with abandon.
This energy is all about divine play! There is a lightness, a freedom, a spaciousness and a sense of inspiration that comes with this season.
Far from frivolous, (be aware of the shadow that may want to shut this maiden down), this bright spirit is in service to opening the heart and the gateways to expansion, belief, joy, love and higher consciousness.
The muse speaks with the language of the soul where heaven and humanity intersect.
Gemini is an air element that embodies connectivity and creativity. It shows us how to blur the lines between working and playing and allows everything to seep into the divine.
I can really feel the Elder Mother allowing her inner muse out as the frothy white sprays abound. I love how out of reach she is!

Take yourself to the Hawthorn blossom and dance in the swirling surrender of her petals as she begins to lose them. Allow a levity in your heart to arise and meet yourself there. Notice Elder flower as she makes her full bloom earth side. Contemplate how all the fellow Hawthorns and Elders bloom together - not exactly, at a pace determined by their relationship to the land and the elements, but the blueprint encoded into their kin

Create a piece of intuitive art that expresses your inner muse - the perfectionist has no place here - invite your womb song through in what ever way feels appropriate. Perhaps create something that continues to bloom towards the full moon and then witness what you see within it when the full moon rises.
