The Void of Possibility

Like the final days and weeks of a gestating mother, our baby is all but grown inside the dark cave of our wombs. There has been a journey of trust to get here that has changed us. Inexplicably we are faced with the understanding of now needing to go deeper into our trust. Creation within us is one thing, but transitioning into a new way of being out in the world is another dimension entirely. The modern dominant birth paradigm is one of distrust, of needing to expedite the process of birth. Of needing to know. Of being at odds with the nature of nature. This vision quest into the dark night is a place that we have been diverted from. Cut from the final steps of becoming. The sign says ‘Danger’ do not pass, by-pass, beware. All too quickly we look to divert and remedy. To step into the unknown was a deep part of the power of the creatrix - birthing a whole new woman in its wake. One that had to rely on herself and in so doing, afforded an intimacy with her power that forged her truth. When this is snatched, this power is denigrated and she finds herself in need of rescue.

No matter what her journey path is, it it her journey and no one elses.
