When we are called into this season it is time to acknowledge our unique medicine. There is heightened air energy - thoughts that preceed the Spring. Bringing the Air realm to the fore.

WELLSPRING

Build a well of compassion for yourself and others as you navigate the water realms of this full moon. There is hope in the air and perhaps with it an anxiety that you arent as far along with something as you wish you were. Turn the self love on to anything that feels like a voice outside of your own tender hearts. Spring will come, and so too will you be reborn. Imbolc is a traditional time of visiting the sacred springs of the land, tending to the waters and clearing winter debris. On the 31st January it is an Irish tradition to take your Bridget cloth (Braht Bride) to hang in the bushes and trees and catch the blessing of Bridget as she passes. This ancient goddess of Springs and of Fire, of smith craft, protectress of childbirth and Mothers is powerfully symbolic of life-force and the fire of our will
