DARK MOON

The wisdom of the great mother in the dark moon is here again. A chance to be in the sacred pause between moon cycles. At this dark moon we sit between Libra and Scorpio. This moon is the final dark moon before Samhain. A chance to take stock of what Libra season has taught us about the balance of relationships - not least of all the one with ourselves - and to breathe our prayers into the dark earth for the hope of renewal.

Scorpio holds profound hope for regeneration and renewal if only we trust the journey of descent that we are tasked with. To reveal to ourselves how we have magnetised everything we have travelled by way of our power. How have we had agency and how have we wielded this power. We are magnetic, sexual and full of life force. We are about to travel a season of life, death and regeneration. Scorpio wants to show us where we are powerful and where power is distorted in order to give us deep medicine for the winter hermitude. All this so that we may go on a path of discovery to rediscover the light (Sagittarius), anchor deep resilience and faith (Capricorn), bring forth new vision for our community (Aquarius) and dissolve it all in to endings and new beginnings (Pisces).

From the micro to the macro - from the self, to the other, to the great mother

With those relationships that have disconnected, with those you are in, with those you have with yourself. In a wider sense your relationship with where you place your time and energy - your work, your wider community, the Earth. Deepening on your personal blueprint this is going to be highlighted in a specific way and you may already be receiving deep insight and medicine as the moon wanes. Is there / was there balance? Do you give away too much of your energy? Does expectation or past precedent come to the fore. In order to actually receive this deep insight you need spaciousness. You may have the shift in perspective that is necessary for you to find harmony and balance and more forward anew. We have had some powerful transits amplify energy and bring disruption to something that has been a perspective that may have been hurting you. What story has been on loop, stuck on repeat and really causing you to doubt yourself or have the truth veiled? What fresh perspective needs to be deeply embodied about a relationship or relating in general which will powerfully altar how you stay sovereign and strong.

Lady Libra will deliver this energy in her usual sense of weighing, measuring and ultimately balancing the scales to enable justice (Just I see) to be found and Scorpio will ask you to take it deep into the waters of your being to alchemise it. Be brave, courageous and in truth to the sacred journey of your souls path
