FIRE
From Air we flow into Fire, the Southerly element of the Sun. Connecting to the full bloom energy of the creative mother. Harnessing what is present. Air ignites Fire and like the dormant seed we are sparked into life. In the fullness of the moon we meet the fullness of our subconscious realms. In fire we meet the crucible of being and are forced to forge through purifying, refining and aligning with the flame of our being. What are we being asked to activate and use our life force energy for?

Taurus is the season of the Lover and Beltane brings through this energy of divine union in full fire force.
Before we look to unions in relationships - it is important to turn inward and consider how we love ourselves. Particularly in times of intensity (eclipses and retrogrades included!) When we meet these points of potent power which feel intense, what is growing? What life force are we feeding? What pattern is clear for us to address? How can we navigate this with agency. How can I love myself more through whatever is showing up? How can I mother myself with compassion and bring love to what may feel like the unloveable, shadow side of our self?

ALTAR
Does your Beltane altar need to grow? (Or have you really lost the intention or ritual through this growing and blooming phase? Please note wherever you are at with this, all is well. This is a tool, and an invitation - not something to berate yourself with if it doesn’t happen.) I am personally sat in a new home with a flourishing work schedule surrounded by unopened boxes and a deep desire to create my ritual space. It hasnt happened yet, but it will come, in perfect timing. I am building a slow and sustainable approach to this likely forever home and it starts here. In the meantime I have lent my deer antlers out to a local sister who is having the best time experiencing deer hart energy now that they have entered her world. So remember its the season of love and play ~ be bold and don’t make ritual a chore!
ARCHETYPAL
The Lover energy can be felt - the fizzing of life, expansion in all directions. In the earthy taurean season it is important to connect to embodiment whilst all of this juiciness abounds and may feel overwhelming!
FIRE JOURNAL
The watery Scorpio eclipse moon may feel like a very deep emotional ride ~ and that is more than ok. Perhaps its important you feel those feelings that you’ve been holding?
EMBODIMENT
Make sure you allow the sun to reach your skin - its been a long winter. I know its still a bit breezy but make sure, like a plant, you allow some photosynthesis
INCANTATION

RITUAL
Long ritual baths and anointing your body in sensual oil whilst speaking to yourself lovingly
Consider another fire and water ritual. Perhaps charging up a moon water under the light of this full moon (add some cleavers, dandelion and nettle to maximise their clearing effects and drink the next morning).
If you are working with cleavers - make sure you are chopping / pestling them for maximum effect before draining and drinking the green goodness in the morning. This is the time to freeze ice cubes of the water for longevity as you wont want to consume after they flower
Have a purifying fire and consider what ideas, feelings, self identified stories need to be transformed.
INVOCATION
When you are invoking be sure to be very careful about the words you use. Even if you are looking to release things - try to see how you could communicate that in a positive light of what instead you are actively calling in
