FIRE
From Air we flow into Fire, the Southerly element of the Sun. Connecting to the full bloom energy of the creative mother. Harnessing what is present. Air ignites Fire and like the dormant seed we are sparked into life. In the fullness of the moon we meet the fullness of our subconscious realms. In fire we meet the crucible of being and are forced to forge through purifying, refining and aligning with the flame of our being. What are we being asked to activate and use our life force energy for?

ARCHETYPAL
In Cancer season we connect to the archetype of the Mother in the sense of the all mother. Mother not as a limited concept but an all encompassing, loving, erotic, benevolent and powerful source of all life
PLANT CONSCIOUSNESS
The medicine is now arising from different plants in aerial form but more earth based ones - the Meadowsweet and Mugwort are being revealed. Mugwort is a moon and womb powerhouse. Her connection to Artemis, the goddess of the hunt, strongly connect us to the Autumn portal. Her aim is straight and true.
Consider working with Mugwort as a bleed and dream ally.
Mugwort can be incorporated into smoke sticks or dreaming pillows. You can also drink the tea or have in a milky concoction or smoke it. Mugwort womb oil is one of my favourite wild crafts and I use it liberally for my clients.

When you are invoking be sure to be very careful about the words you use. Even if you are looking to release things - try to see how you could communicate that in a positive light of what instead you are actively calling in
